Chai Postcards
Since the era of ever increasing of social media, many of us are used to living our lives behind the screen. Not many feel comfortable having a real conversation face to face with a stranger, soaking in the emotions, not through emojis but instead through the twinkle in one’s eyes and a smile that squishes one’s entire face.
I recently discovered the magic of a cup of chai. People inherently have a lot to share and so many stories to tell, and few shared minutes at a chai stall is all it takes. The storied just come pouring out. Each of these illustrations is a product of some interesting conversations over a cup of tea.
The urge to tell people to try this and get offline for sometime led me to bring back the tradition of writing postcards to your loved ones. So, I created a set of postcards on which people could tell people what treasures chai can bring.
